so my fingertips can reach out and feel it,

all the misaligned puzzle pieces that never fit!

Comfort me -

With a kiss

just like this

tender like a rose

Love me -

With a promise,

like words in prose,

like there's none but us

Unbreak me -

till I'm whole

till all the right words are spoken,

till my heart and mind and soul is

Mended

Healed

Comforted

Loved and

Unbroken.
